To report any problems with your monthly access card (lost, damaged, not working), please call (813) 906-1904 during business hours: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. A $25.00 Card Replacement Fee applies for replacement cards.

Access cards are automatically turned off when payment is not received prior to the 1st of the month. A $10.00 Reactivation Fee applies for reactivating cards that are deactivated for non-payment.
